The 3 breakaway mechanisms on our Triple Safety Breakaway Lanyards are additional safety features particularly aimed at users located in potentially hostile environments where safety and security of staff are a prime concern. Logos or text can be imprinted if you or your client request.

1/  Once you have placed your order, please email your logo file over to us at hello@redstrawberry.co.uk, together with design requirements such as lanyard colour and width. To help us provide the best quality print, please following the below artwork guidelines.

Preferred logo file format is a vector based file in the below formats:
Adobe Illustrator
EPS
Corel Draw
PDF

We also accept bitmap artwork in min. 300dpi in the following formats:
.jpg
.png
.tiff
.gif
.bmp
.pdf

– for best results we would highly advise a resolution of at least 500dpi

2/ We’ll then get artwork for your approval.

3/ Once you have approved the artwork sample, or requested any changes, and sent your purchase order or made payment, we can get underway with production. Note that changes cannot generally be made once the artwork is approved.

4/ Payment can be made by BACS, on credit card or on account (UK & ROI. customers only), subject to application). The following organisations can receive an automatic credit account (subject to our terms) and can pay by invoice within 30 days of delivery without completion of an application form.

Delivery within the UK is free for orders totalling £80 or more (before VAT). Orders under £80 (before VAT) – our standard delivery charge of £5.95+VAT applies.
Delivery to ROI, Rest of Europe and Worldwide: We don’t usually charge any extra (usually free delivery to Europe and worldwide (including Australia and New Zealand) for orders of £80 or more) but we reserve the right to charge extra once you’ve placed your order. If in doubt please contact us for a quote.
If your order is less than £80, we’ll need to add a delivery fee of £5.95 +VAT.

If for any reason you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify the issue or arrange your return. You have 14 days to return the items to us. Returns for items not required after 14 days may be accepted but at our discretion and could be for less than 100% credit value. Dispatch and Delivery Times
UK Postcodes: We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days by 1st class Royal Mail or courier (for larger orders). Once dispatched they normally take 1 business day to arrive. Royal Mail / courier delivery times are outside of our control.
Europe and Worldwide: Once dispatched this normally takes between 2 and 20 business days to arrive, however Royal Mail / courier delivery times are outside of our control. Should you require a guaranteed delivery, please contact us for a quote.
