What is the design process for custom printed lanyards?
1/ Once you have placed your order, please email your logo file over to us at hello@redstrawberry.co.uk, together with design requirements such as lanyard colour and width. To help us provide the best quality print, please following the below artwork guidelines.
Preferred logo file format is a vector based file in the below formats:
Adobe Illustrator
EPS
Corel Draw
PDF
We also accept bitmap artwork in min. 300dpi in the following formats:
.jpg
.png
.tiff
.gif
.bmp
.pdf
– for best results we would highly advise a resolution of at least 500dpi
2/ We’ll then get artwork for your approval.
3/ Once you have approved the artwork sample, or requested any changes, and sent your purchase order or made payment, we can get underway with production. Note that changes cannot generally be made once the artwork is approved.
4/ Payment can be made by BACS, on credit card or on account (UK & ROI. customers only), subject to application). The following organisations can receive an automatic credit account (subject to our terms) and can pay by invoice within 30 days of delivery without completion of an application form.

Our displayed price does not include VAT unless specified. We’re VAT registered in the UK and our VAT registration number is 941 322549. We’re obliged to charge VAT on orders dispatched to addresses within the UK.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order please make payable to “Red Strawberry Solutions Ltd.” and post it to us together with your invoice or order number. For certain orders, we may need the cheque to clear before we can start on the order.
What is your 100% No Fuss Satisfaction Guarantee?
If for any reason you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify the issue or arrange your return. You have 14 days to return the items to us. Returns for items not required after 14 days may be accepted but at our discretion and could be for less than 100% credit value. This may not be available for items specifically customized to your requirements.
How do I make a return?
Returned products must be in an unused and resalable condition unless they are defective or were damaged upon receipt.
